They suckered me. I brought my (pretty large) bundle of laundry in to be done (wash & fold). They weighed it, and told me (verbally) that it would be $57. I figgered this was high, but it was a huge load that included a King Size sheet set. I gave them $60, and said to keep the change.
Me and my girlfriend were paying customers, and were discriminated because we are gay. The supposed manager came up to us, and told us to take it outside because we were hugging and shared a kiss. He threatened to call the police, and said that someone complained. I am horrified and disgusted, and will never go back!
When I got back home, I looked at the receipt, and saw that it said $37.
I have a feeling that this is S.O.P. for them. If you correct them on this, they blink at what they wrote, and say "oops."
