Stuart the locksmith who usually comes has a wealth of knowledge, and not only can he install a lock but is a gem for problem solving and doing repairs in an "out of the box "fashion which my house with unusual and old doors requires. Not only is this the BEST locksmith around, it's the only honest one I've been able to find. I have had them to my house two times, and both times the workmanship has been stellar and the customer service perfect. This past time, the problem with my door was unrelated to the lock, but they successfully fixed it anyway!
